We are capable of hosting a variety of events, including classes, workshops, concerts, gallery openings, and private gatherings, with a maximum capacity of 49 attendees.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Enjoy complete access to our central hall, restroom facilities, side yard, rear yard, kitchenette, and stage area! Moreover, you will be granted the opportunity to store materials for your classes or workshops in our basement and complimentary use of our tables and chairs.
IS THERE A PROFIT-SHARE IF I'M HOSTING A PUBLIC TICKETED EVENT?
HARD NO. Any earnings derived from your event belong solely to you.

Beginning at $100 per hour, our hourly rental rate offers a capped pricing structure for extended use. Reach out to us to explore your vision, and we'll gladly arrange a tour and furnish you with a comprehensive proposal tailored to your needs.
